Paul Van Dolah has over twenty-five years experience in strategic planning, financial planning, organizational development, and systems development. He has successfully lead the development of numerous strategic partnerships between hospital providers, medical groups and community based organizations. He is widely recognized for his ability to listen to your circumstances and help you articulate the essence of your business issues and construct creative solutions unique to your specific situation.
Paul Van Dolah has served on the senior leadership team of multiple healthcare organizations over the past twenty-five years. He has served on the leadership teams at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and Indiana University Hospitals in Indianapolis, IN. He helped lead the financial turnaround and strategic planning processes for Valley Children’s Hospital in Fresno, CA. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Hospital and Health Center in San Diego, CA for over fifteen years.
